INFINITY ANALYZE 7 Installation Instructions

Refer to the INFINITY ANALYZE 7.1.1 Release Notes for changes made in the latest release of the INFINITY ANALYZE application.

Read the INFINITY ANALYZE 7 User Guide to learn about the new software.

Note: The INFINITY ANALYZE 7 application will co-exist with earlier versions of the INFINITY CAPTURE or INFINITY ANALYZE v6.X) applications on both Windows and Mac. There is no need to uninstall an existing v6.X version of the software. INFINITY ANALYZE 7 uses the Teledyne Lumenera logo as the shortcut icon.

Windows Installation

Prerequisites:

• Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11
• For a Windows 7 (64-bit) O/S, INFINITY ANALYZE v7.0.3 is the highest version supported

New and Upgrade Installation:

• Download and run the installer file below, INFINITY ANALYZE 7 (Windows). [Note: Requires full administrator rights – See installation instructions].
• With your INFINITY camera connected and recognized, launch INFINITY ANALYZE 7.

Mac Installation

Prerequisites:

• MacOS 10.15.7 (Catalina) or greater for INFINITY ANALYZE 7.1.1
• For MacOS versions between 10.12 (Sierra) and 10.15.7 (Catalina), INFINITY ANALYZE 7.0.2 remains available – INFINITY ANALYZE 7.0.3 is not compatible with the older MacOS versions

New and upgrade installation:

• Download the Zipped file below, INFINITY ANALYZE 7 (Mac).
• Unzip the contents and move the INFINITY ANALYZE file into the Applications Folder.
• With your INFINITY camera connected, launch the INFINITY ANALYZE program.

Notes:

• A minimum installation version of INFINITY ANALYZE v7.1.0 is required to operate any of the INFINITY8 series camera models on the Windows platform.
• A minimum installation version of INFINITY ANALYZE v7.1.0 is required to operate the INFINITY8-2, INFINITY8-8, and INFINITY8-20 camera models on Mac, while a minimum version of INFINITY ANALYZE v7.1.1 is required to operate the INFINITY8-3 and INFINITY8-9 models on Mac.
• For the INFINITY5-5C camera model, it is recommended to install release v7.1.0 due to a known issue with the White Balance function. See Release Notes for details.
• For the INFINITY3-3 and INFINITY3-6 models used in the Fluorescence Acquisition on Windows, there can be exposure time anomalies, so it is recommended to install release v7.1.0 instead of release v7.1.1. See Release Notes for details.
