If you don't have an account yet, please contact the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) team using lumenera.support@teledyne.com.  Please include your camera serial number (for USB models) or MAC address (for network models) with your request for access.  The Technical Assistance Centre hours of operation are between 9:00 AM (EST) & 5:00 PM (PST), from Monday through Friday.  Typically, an account will be setup for you within 2 hours of submitting a request to the support e-mail, during normal business hours.
