Teledyne Lumenera Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Teledyne Lumenera or any of its employees do not accept and do not consider unsolicited ideas. This includes ideas for new promotions campaigns, new or enhanced products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing strategies, and new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original artwork, suggestions, or other works (“submissions”) in any form to Teledyne Lumenera or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Teledyne Lumenera's products or marketing activities may seem similar to ideas submitted to Teledyne Lumenera. If, despite Teledyne Lumenera’s request that you not send your ideas to Teledyne Lumenera, you still choose to submit them, then regardless of what your communication states, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.

You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Teledyne Lumenera without any compensation to you; (2) Teledyne Lumenera may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Teledyne Lumenera to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

Teledyne Lumenera, however, welcomes your feedback regarding many areas of Teledyne Lumenera's existing business. If you would like to send us your feedback, we request that you send it to us using the form found at https://www.lumenera.com/corporate/submit-feedback.html. Please provide only specific feedback on Teledyne Lumenera’s existing products or marketing strategies and do not include any ideas that Teledyne Lumenera’s policy will not permit it to accept or consider.

Any feedback provided at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential, and Teledyne Lumenera shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
