Shipping Information
Lumenera relies on FedEx to deliver its products in a timely and safe manner, making daily pickups from our headquarters. In-stock products can arrive as quickly as the next day.
Canadian Shipments: All orders destined for points within Canadian borders are shipped using FedEx express services, and are usually delivered the next business day.
US Shipments: All orders destined for points within US borders are shipped using FedEx Express services and are usually delivered next business day barring any customs delays. All import duties, taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the importer. As these charges are beyond our control, they cannot be reimbursed.
International Shipments: All orders for delivery outside the United States and Canada will be shipped using FedEx Express service. The delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 business days barring any customs delays. All import duties, taxes and/or customs fees charged by either the exporting and/or importing countries are the responsibility of the importer. As these types of charges are beyond our control and unpredictable, they cannot be reimbursed.
Shipping Charges: We work with our carriers to ensure our customers pay the lowest possible shipping charge. The minimum shipping charges for each country are outlined in the tables below. NOTE: RMA shipping responsibilities and policies are outlined under our RMA section of the Support page.
