More detailed solutions related to specific applications are accessible to customers who have purchased products. The Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) is made up of experienced application engineers and a Technical Case Coordinator who handle first and second level support for customers in both the pre-sales and post sales environments. TAC interact daily with sales, engineering and manufacturing to ensure that our customers’ questions are addressed as quickly as possible. Our Engineering teams provide another layer of support by working closely with TAC to develop features and enhancements for our products.
TAC and Sales use the same integrated CRM tool to ensure that customer information is available to both teams so that they are fully aware of current customer activity. A case number defines each activity so that we can track support activity for our clients.
