COMING SOON: HIGH SPEED, LOW NOISE AND ULTRA SENSITIVE cCD USB 3.0 DIGITAL CAMERA

The Lt365 CCD USB 3.0 camera features an ICX674 sensor, making it ideal for a variety of applications including traffic, tolling, high-speed inspection and machine vision. Featuring 2.8 megapixel resolution, USB 3.0 interface and a high-speed global shutter, the Lt365 produces clear and precise images in challenging lighting conditions.

The Lt365 was built on low noise electronics to render details with amazing accuracy at astounding speeds. This responsiveness and high dynamic range, make it a great choice for Near-Infrared (NIR) imaging. A scientific-grade variant is available for the most demanding life science applications such as digital pathology and combined with its 50 fps speed, makes it ideal for slide scanning. The Lt365 can also be customized to suit any OEM designs.

LUMENERA OFFERS SPECIALTY USB 3.0 CAMERAS FOR ASTRONOMY IMAGING

Capture clear, crisp, planetary, lunar and solar images with Lumenera’s SKYnyx (USB 2.0), Lt Series (USB 3.0) and INFINITY (research-grade) cameras. SKYnyx (USB 2.0)
With 640x480 resolution and on-board processing, the SKYnyx2-0 delivers outstanding image quality. Specifically designed for the astrophotography market, this camera’s technology and design are based on Lumenera’s Lu075, named a "Hot Product "by Sky & Telecope Magazine.

Lumenera’s SKYnyx2-1 1.4 megapixel CCD digital camera offers high sensitivity, low noise and fast frame rates. With 1392 x 1040 resolution and on-board processing, the SKYnyx2-1 delivers outstanding image quality.

The SKYnyx2-2 2.0 megapixel CCD digital camera with 1616 x 1232 resolution and on-board processing is specifically designed for lunar, solar and planetary imaging. Features include high sensitivity, low noise and fast frame rates.

USB 3.0 Cameras
Lumenera’s Lt225 CMOSIS global shutter sensor-based camera allows for speeds of up to 170 fps. The Lt225 offers low noise and high sensitivity.

Lumenera’s Lt425 camera provides up to 90 fps at full resolution. Highlights include blur-free global shutter CMOSIS sensor, and built in frame buffer for reliable delivery of images.

Research-Grade INFINITY Cameras
INFINITY2-1R has a dynamic range of 64 dB allowing users to image unevenly lit samples without worry. The resulting images show detail in bright and dark areas not normally seen in lower dynamic range cameras. Advanced thermal management allows for long exposure times of several minutes without the need for a much higher priced cooled camera.

Research-Grade INFINITY3-1UR INFINITY3-1UR microscopy camera has been reengineered to offer exceptional dynamic range, read noise and dark current noise.

Lumenera's USB 3.0 Cameras Are Now Supported by NORPIx's StreamPix 5 Software

Lumenera's USB 3.0 Camera series is now supported by Norpix's flagship software, StreamPix 5.

StreamPix 5 software is one of the most comprehensive and easy to use digital recording software available on the market. The software maximizes the high-speed, high-resolution features of Lumenera’s new USB 3.0 camera series, the Lt225 and Lt425. Both families of cameras were designed for high-speed video streaming and image capture by combining high-performance sensors from CMOSIS, with the latest USB 3.0 technology to ensure fast image delivery, even at their largest resolution.

The StreamPix5 software enables users to acquire uncompressed images and stream real-time digital video from Lumenera cameras direct to a PC memory or hard disk. Whether users are performing desktop imaging analysis, capturing high-speed images, or streaming real-time video, the integration of StreamPix5 can support the speed and resolution capabilities of the Lt225 and Lt425.

StreamPix 5 is sold independently of Lumenera cameras, but offers the end camera user a simple “out-of-the-box” software solution to render high-speed, high-resolution images and videos.

VISION CHINA: Lumenera and Titan Electro Optics (TEO) exhibited at VisionChina 2013, from March 19-21 in Shanghai, China. Visitors to the show experienced first hand the innovative new Lt camera series, Lg11059 11 megapixel GigE camera, Lw625 6.6 multi-megapixel USB 2.0 camera and Lw16059 16 megapixel USB 2.0 camera.

ITS AMERICA: April 22-24, 2013, in Nashville, Tennessee. On display were the Lt425, 4 megapixel CMOSIS-based camera and Lg11059 11 megapixel GigE camera.

NEW-TECH EXHIBITION: Lumenera and Lahat exhibited at the New-Tech Exhibition 2013, May 7-8, 2013 Tel Aviv, Israel. Camera showcased included the Lt425 and NEW Lt365 2.8 MP Sony ICX674 USB 3.0 CCD camera.

IMAGE SENSING SHOW: Lumenera and Argo exhibited at the Image Sensing Show 2013, June 12-14, 2013, Yokohama, Japan where the Lt425 was featured.

New LuCam Software 6.3.0
A new release of LuCam Capture Software is now available for download. The latest version of LuCam software provides support for variable frame rate in the Lt425 and Lt225 models, subsampling on the Lt cameras and support for the High Dynamic Range mode on the Lt cameras. It also provides updates for all other Lumenera camera models.

Lumenera SDK 6.3.0
The new release of Lumenera SDK 6.3.0 provides updates to the .NET framework to improve support for 64-bit projects.

Lumenera Supports National Denim Day

This May in support of National Denim Day, a fundraiser for the CURE Foundation for

Lumenera staff members proudly wear the 'pink flower' ribbon and denim in support of the fight against breast cancer.

Breast Cancer, Lumenera employees wore denim and received ‘pink flower’ ribbons in exchange for their donation.

The CURE Foundation established National Denim Day in May 1997. The event is now their main fundraiser, and is held annually on the Tuesday following Mother’s Day. Businesses, organizations and institutions across Canada are encouraged to allow employees to wear denim in exchange for a suggested $5 donation.

Lumenera continues to show their support throughout the year for this worthy cause by donating $20 to breast cancer research from the sale of each INFINITY2-1R camera.
