LUMENERA CORPORATION EXPANDS HEADQUARTERS TO SUPPORT EXPONENTIAL GROWTH

Ottawa , Ontario , Canada –May 9, 2005– Lumenera Corporation, a leading developer and manufacturer of high performance digital cameras and imaging solutions, today announced that it has relocated its Ottawa, Ontario, principal office to 7 Capella Court, representing the company’s third expansion in four years.

This new location represents over three times the office space than its previous location to support its rapid growth.
