Mr. Leahy has served as President since co-founding Lumenera. By combining a background in engineering, project management and operations management, Mr. Leahy realizes Lumenera’s goals and visions by implementing best practices and managing corporate strategies. Under his leadership the company has grown to be an internationally recognized and award winning manufacturer of high performance digital cameras that consistently delivers outstanding customer satisfaction.

Raj Capoor

Raj Capoor, Vice President, Finance

In his role as Vice President of Finance, Raj Capoor manages Lumenera’s fiscal standing with responsibility for accounting, audits, financial analysis, and taxes. Mr. Capoor, who joined Lumenera in 2007, ensures that Lumenera continues to grow as a viable, profitable, and financially strong company.

Andrew Nelson

Andrew Nelson, Vice President, Engineering

Andrew Nelson is Vice President of Engineering and an original founder. Mr. Nelson leads Lumenera’s multi-disciplinary hardware, software and mechanical engineering teams, directing the life cycle development of Lumenera’s flexible camera lines. Mr. Nelson successfully drives Lumenera’s commitment to providing customers with the highest quality imaging solutions.

Larry Whelan

Barry Fairhurst, VP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development

Barry Fairhurst brings 20+ years of channel development and sales management experience in the technology sector. A diverse business background allows Mr. Fairhurst to drive Lumenera’s growth into markets worldwide. His track record of success is founded on providing unparalleled expertise to customers and business partners. Barry holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation and earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Nick Bulitka, Director of Business Technology Research

Mr. Bulitka joined Lumenera in 2008 as Senior Imaging Engineer, bringing his vast imaging knowledge and years of experience to the areas of camera design, test and characterization. During his tenure he developed new processing algorithms to architect innovative imaging solutions. In his role, Nick spearheads new technology development and product advancement, strongly impacting both product roadmap and portfolio decisions.

Dany Longval

Dany Longval, Director of Product Management

Dany Longval plays a key role in driving Lumenera’s product portfolio. He is responsible for the entire product life cycle, identifying market opportunities, defining product vision, requirements and product roadmaps, crafting market strategies and working closely with R&D through the development of new products. Dany holds a B.Eng. degree from University of Sherbrooke and a M.Sc. degree in Project Management from the Université du Québec.
