Under his leadership the company has grown to be an internationally recognized and award winning manufacturer of high performance digital cameras that consistently delivers outstanding customer satisfaction.

Raj Capoor

Raj Capoor, Vice President, Finance

In his role as Vice President of Finance, Raj Capoor manages Lumenera’s fiscal standing with responsibility for accounting, audits, financial analysis, and taxes. Mr. Capoor, who joined Lumenera in 2007, ensures that Lumenera continues to grow as a viable, profitable, and financially strong company.

Andrew Nelson

Andrew Nelson, Vice President, Engineering

Andrew Nelson is Vice President of Engineering and an original founder. Mr. Nelson leads Lumenera’s multi-disciplinary hardware, software and mechanical engineering teams, directing the life cycle development of Lumenera’s flexible camera lines. Mr. Nelson successfully drives Lumenera’s commitment to providing customers with the highest quality imaging solutions.

Kevin Mayer

Kevin Mayer, Chief Technology Officer

Kevin Mayer serves as Lumenera’s Chief Technology Officer, strengthening existing and designing new technologies across the company’s custom and OEM, Industrial, Microscopy and Surveillance divisions. As an original founder, Mr. Mayer has continually developed innovative and cutting edge imaging solutions that exceed the industry’s demanding requirements.

Larry Whelan

Larry Whelan, Director, Worldwide Sales

Mr. Whelan leads a professional sales team focused on scientific OEM business development and channel management worldwide. Since joining Lumenera in 2003, Larry has driven continued growth and expansion of Lumenera’s custom and OEM sales in the life science market, as well as the INFINITY camera line through strong business relationships and distinctive customer support.

Catherine Fumerton

Catherine Fumerton, Director, Customer Satisfaction

Through establishing sound processes and communication, Ms. Fumerton ensures that Lumenera’s mandate of meeting and exceeding customer expectations is fostered throughout the organization and is a natural part of the company’s culture. Ms. Fumerton joined the company in 2004, and has over 25 years experience leading customer care departments in telecommunications and high tech industries. Ms. Fumerton oversees Lumenera’s Technical Assistance Centre, and manages the planning, direction and implementation of Lumenera’s quality improvement programs and policies.
